Flash Fiction Competition
A
call to all Science Fiction writers.
Submission guidelines
- Your
story must be about the discovery of
a slick, black orb.
- The
word count is strictly 500 words - No more, no less. (Note: this does not
include the title or your name).
- We’re
a Sci-Fi zine, so your tale must fit the genre. Horror is acceptable but
any gratuitous gore, sex, or violence will go against you. Make every word
drive the story forward.
- No Fan Fiction, multiple or simultaneous submissions.
- Use 12-point font size, Arial, Courier or Times.
- Online
entry only: www.the-chronicles.co.uk
- Closing
date is 1st May 2014.
- First
place will receive a £50 Amazon Voucher and publication in the zine, and four
runners-up will have their stories feature on the website.
